Basic Data of Project
1.1 Raw Material
All involved brick making technology and processing equipment are according to the buyer's requirement and the raw material test report. Whole design in this quotation are based on customer provide draw materials, for reference.
1.2 Finished Product
Fired solid clay bricks: 780 tons
Note: If necessary the buy can also produce different type and dimensioned clay bricks by changing molds of extruder easily in future.

1.3 Production Capacity
Qualified: 780 tons/day;
(After calculation as 97.5% rate of finished product).

Chapter 2 Technical Specification of the Project
2.1 Technical Design &Process
Technical Design: Comprehensive consideration of raw material, brick shape, dimensions, weather, operating skills of workers and degree of mechanization operation in Azerbaijan:

         


Whole brick project adopts Twice brick stacking and firing technology;
  • Raw material: soils from the buyer
  • Green brick forming: automatically;
  • Green brick setting on kiln cart: by two sets robot
  • Finished sintered brick discharging: by manual.

2.2 Raw Material Handling
 According to raw materials performance, firstly use teeth-roller crusher to break all lumps; then, use a

roller and one fine double-roller crusher to make sure granules in raw material can be evenly crushed and mixed to size less than 2mm. The fine raw material will go through box feeder and belt conveyor into double-shaft mixer, adding water for fully mixing.
2.3 Green Brick Forming
Clay come out from mixer shall go into double-stage vacuum brick machine and pressed into predetermined strip dimensions. Right after auto strip cutter and adobe cutter come out suitable sized green bricks.
