QT6-15 block making machine is a middle production machine, and face to ordinary block factory, it is a multi-purpose machine. This automatic hydraulic block-making machine can manufacture wall bricks, heat-insulating bricks, grass pavers, square pavers, slop protection pavers, road shoulder pavers, curbs, etc by simply changing the mould.
1. The model is a multi-purpose machine. It can manufacture wall bricks, heat-insulating bricks, grass pavers, square pavers, slop protection pavers, road shoulder pavers, curbs, etc by simply changing the mould.
2. When pressured, transform the excessive oil into vibration force. Directional vibration, frenquency conversion, braking and cancellation of vibration energy consumption are all controlled by computers.
3. Low-frequency feeding, high-frequency vibration and template suppressing vibration make the concrete fully liquefied and exhausted within two to three seconds.
4. With the use of new technology, QT6-15can produce 0.45M2 blocks, 15PCS perforated bricks within 15 seconds, and QT8-15 model can produce 0.56M2 blocks, 20PCS perforated bricks within 15s, notably improving working efficiency.
5. The model is designed with a device separating material storgae and material distribution. Storage is photo-electrically controlled and materials are distributed as needed. Storage hopper is separated from vibration source to avoid premature liquefaction of some concrete due to the effect of aftershock.
6. Special arch device ensures rapid and even distrubution of materials, a swinging distrubution device is fixed in the hopper and the materials are evently sent to the mould box.
7. The imported electric appliances, hydraulic elements and specially made olibox cooling system ensure fault-free operation of both controlling and hydraulic systems.
8. Use human-comptuer interface and Chinese menu, the parameters is adjustable any time in accordance with the change of products and materials.
